  • Note: Items covered under lifetime protection warranty can be replaced, but are not refundable


How Do I Ship My Items Back?

You will receive instructions via email once your return is approved.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the return is for a defective or incorrect item.


Received a Damaged or Defective Item?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a detailed description and clear photo or video of the issue.

We will cover the shipping cost for replacements. If you prefer a refund instead, return shipping is your responsibility.

Wrong Item, Size, or Quantity?

Submit a modification request within 24 hours.
